Our ethical practices mandate transparency in all transactions. We adopt a strict zero-tolerance stance towards corruption, bribery, or unethical influence. Employees must never offer, promise, or accept undue benefits, whether monetary or otherwise. Conflicts of interest must be transparently disclosed and mitigated proactively. Business gifts or hospitality must remain moderate, transparent, and appropriate, never influencing decision-making unfairly.
All interactions must prioritise fairness, honesty, and openness. Integrity in competitive practices is mandatory, rejecting unethical tactics such as price-fixing or collusion. Ethical behaviour also extends to accurate reporting, truthful advertising, and responsible marketing practices.
