    • If the item is in stock, it is usually shipped the same day within business hours. However, delays may occur. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for more information.

    • Returning products requires written agreement. The item must be returned in unbroken and undamaged packaging. Further details can be found in the Terms & Conditions under point "17.0 RETURNS."
