The Chief LVSXUP is a professional ConnexSys portrait video wall mounting system designed for demanding commercial installations where speed, alignment, serviceability, and long-term rigidity all matter. Rail-Free Flexibility Saves Time and Cost

The LVSXUP ships without mounting rails, which sets it apart from the LVS1UP variant. Rather than receiving pre-cut rails in the box, the installer sources standard 41 mm channel strut locally — available from most construction suppliers in any required length. This approach eliminates awkward freight of long steel rails, lets the integrator cut strut to the exact wall dimensions on site, and makes recessed and non-standard-depth installations far easier to configure. Row levelling is achieved by hanging multiple mounts on a single strut run, so the entire row is aligned in one operation without horizontal spacers. For large video wall grids this can shave hours off the installation.

PowerZone: Six Adjustments, One Location

Chief's PowerZone consolidates all six micro-adjustment points at the top of the mount, accessible from the front once the display is popped out. Height can be trimmed by ±2,5 cm per interface, tilt is set at a single pivot point (preventing twisting stress on the panel), and lateral fine-tuning is achieved via turn knobs with a locking guide that protects adjacent screens from accidental contact during adjustment. The mount's two sides adjust independently, compensating for walls that are out of plumb by up to several centimetres horizontally. The practical result is that portrait arrays can be dialled in to a flush, gapless grid quickly — and re-adjusted later without removing displays from the wall.

RapidDraw Service Access Without Disturbing Neighbours

Servicing a display in a multi-screen video wall is notoriously disruptive: conventional mounts require aggressive pushing or manual unlatching that risks damaging surrounding screens. Chief's RapidDraw system uses a cord-release mechanism that gently pops the target display outward on demand, extending it up to 34,0 cm from its home position — enough clearance to reach cables, check connections, or swap a media player without touching adjacent panels. The cord can be routed to pull from any 90-degree angle, so the technician does not need to stand directly in front of the display. Accidental release is prevented by design: the display only extends when the cord is deliberately pulled.

Rigid Home Position Locks Long-Term Alignment

Once the install is complete, the LVSXUP's adjustable home-depth position locks each display in place so that accidental bumps or pushes from cleaning staff or users cannot shift it out of alignment. The depth home position can be set anywhere between 10,2 cm and 19,1 cm from the wall, giving integrators flexibility for flush or recessed installations. After a service pull-out, the display snaps back to the same locked home position every time — critical for video walls where even a millimetre of misalignment is visible across panel seams. The rigid steel frame maintains this position even after repeated service cycles.

Wide VESA and Screen Compatibility

The LVSXUP accommodates portrait-mounted flat panels from 40 to 80 inches with VESA mounting patterns ranging from 200 × 100 mm up to 800 × 400 mm, covering virtually all commercial large-format displays in this size range. Weight capacity is 68 kg per mount. The universal interface bracket system means integrators can carry a single mount SKU for a broad range of display brands and models, reducing stock complexity.
