The Glow Fish is constructed from a non-conductive material with high tensile strength, so it can be used safely around live or unknown circuits without the shock risk of a steel fish tape. The SRGF4 ships as a working kit: tail end, leader wheel, Super Rod connector, domed bullet and a metal housing to store the tape when not in use. The tail end attaches the cable and provides Super Rod connectivity, so the same tape works with Super Grips or the Tuff Hook (sold separately) rather than locking the user into a single accessory. For the installer that means one tape that adapts to different jobs and slots into an existing Super Rod toolkit, while the metal housing keeps the 4m tape coiled, clean and undamaged in the van between uses.
