Full-motion dual swing arm wall mount for medium displays
Chief TS325TU
The Chief TS325TU is a professional full-motion wall mount from the Thinstall series, designed for medium-sized flat panel displays between 66 and 132 cm (26–52"). Its dual swing arm design extends up to 63.5 cm from the wall, making it ideal for corporate meeting rooms, retail environments, and hospitality spaces where flexible viewing angles are critical. The ultra-low profile collapses to just 4.6 cm when retracted, keeping installed displays sleek and unobtrusive. Single-person installation and tool-free post-installation adjustments — including lateral shift and height fine-tuning — reduce on-site time and minimise the need for follow-up service visits.

Ultra-Low Profile Thinstall Design
When retracted, the TS325TU collapses to just 4.6 cm depth — a critical figure for installations where the gap between screen and wall determines the overall look of a space. In conference rooms, hotel lobbies, or retail interiors, a near-flush display reads as a designed element rather than an afterthought. The dual swing arms then extend up to 63.5 cm on demand, so the same mount can serve a fixed-look deployment and a pull-out presentation setup. This range — collapsed to fully extended — is what makes the Thinstall series the go-to choice when a client wants both aesthetics and full functionality without compromise.

Centerless Lateral Shift for Post-Install Centering
The TS325TU's Centerless Lateral Shift system allows up to 40.6 cm of horizontal repositioning after the mount is fully installed and the display is hung. This is genuinely valuable on real-world jobs: wall studs rarely align perfectly with the intended screen centre, and outlet or conduit positions frequently dictate where the wall plate goes. The ability to slide the display left or right after the fact — without tools, without dismounting — eliminates the need for a return visit and gives the end user the freedom to fine-tune the position themselves if furniture or room layout changes later.

One-Person Rail-and-Slide Installation
The TS325TU is engineered for single-person installation: the wall rail is mounted first as a fixed reference, and the arm assembly slides onto it without requiring a second pair of hands to hold the display in position. On a commercial job with multiple screens, this directly translates to lower labour cost and faster site completion. The design also reduces the risk of dropped displays during install — a meaningful safety and liability consideration when working with screens at head or shoulder height.

Centris Low-Profile Tilt
The proprietary Centris tilt mechanism delivers up to 15° of downward tilt with finger-light resistance — no wrench, no locking bolt to loosen. In practice this means a display mounted slightly above eye level (a common compromise in retail and hospitality where wall space is limited) can still be angled to deliver a direct sightline to viewers below. Because the tilt mechanism is integrated into the arm rather than bolted onto the VESA interface, it adds minimal depth to the collapsed profile and does not interfere with cable routing.

Integrated Cable Management
Enclosed, tool-free cable covers run the full length of the arm and connect to an open-design wall plate that provides generous routing space for both power and signal cables. Cables are hidden when the arm is retracted and remain managed as the arm extends, so there are no loops of exposed cable to snag or catch the eye. For end-users in customer-facing environments — retail, reception areas, meeting rooms — this level of cable concealment is frequently a non-negotiable expectation, and achieving it without additional cable raceways keeps the installation cost and visual complexity low.

Optional In-Wall Cable Concealment (TA500)
The TS325TU is compatible with the Chief TA500 Large Thinstall In-Wall Swing Arm Accessory, which allows the entire arm mechanism to be recessed into a standard-depth wall cavity. This produces a true zero-profile appearance when the arm is retracted: no visible wall plate, no visible mount hardware. The TA500 also provides an organised recessed space for cable routing and power termination (via the optional PAC526 in-wall storage box). Specifying the TA500 at the time of installation rather than retrofitting it later saves significant re-work, so it is worth raising with the end customer during the design phase.
