Compatible with displays from 81 to 152 cm and supporting up to 56.7 kg per screen, it pairs with Chief's CPA and CMA ceiling plates and extension columns (sold separately) for a complete, integrated suspension system. Back-to-Back Portrait Configuration

The LCB1UP suspends two flat panel displays back-to-back in portrait orientation from a single ceiling mounting point. This configuration is purpose-built for high-traffic areas — think retail aisle intersections, airport concourses, hotel lobbies, or exhibition floors — where content must be visible from both directions simultaneously. Running two separate mounts with independent ceiling anchors is neither structurally practical nor visually clean; the LCB1UP resolves this with a single, co-axial installation that keeps cable management tight and the ceiling penetration minimal. Both screens face outward from a shared central column, giving viewers on either side a full, unobstructed portrait display.

Centris Fingertip Tilt with Repeatable Lock Points

Chief's Centris tilt mechanism provides a continuous -20° to +5° range that can be adjusted with fingertip force — no tools, no fighting a stiff bracket. Critically, four defined locking positions (0°, 5°, 10°, and 15°) let installers set an identical tilt angle on both screens, or across a row of matching installations, without guesswork or measurement. The LCB1UP accepts both traditional 1.5-inch NPT-threaded extension columns and Chief's modern CPA pin-connection columns, giving installers full flexibility regardless of the ceiling infrastructure already in place. In retrofit projects where NPT pipe is already run through the ceiling, the mount connects directly without additional adapters. In new builds where Chief's CPA system is specified, the pin connection provides a cleaner, faster on-site assembly and enables column stacking for multi-mount configurations from a single ceiling plate. Compatible ceiling plates include CPA330, CPA365, CPA395, CMA330, CMA345, and CMA395 — all sold separately, making it straightforward to specify a complete, matched system.

Tool-Free Screen Engagement with Security Option

Displays attach and detach from the LCB1UP without tools, which dramatically speeds up both initial installation and any future screen swap or servicing. In digital signage environments where panel replacement or upgrade cycles are common, tool-free engagement means a single technician can change a screen quickly and without specialist equipment on a ladder.
