Large extending tilt display wall mount
Chief RLXT3
The Chief RLXT3 is a Large Fit Extended Tilt Display Wall Mount designed for large commercial and professional AV installations where both secure mounting and post-installation flexibility matter. Built to accommodate displays from 109 cm (43") to 216 cm (85") with a maximum load of 68 kg, it suits corporate conference rooms, classrooms, retail environments, and digital signage applications. Its extending tilt mechanism lets installers pull the display up to 15,2 cm away from the wall for cable access and push it back flush, while ±10° tilt eliminates glare for any seating layout. UL and TÜV safety certifications give end customers confidence in structural integrity, and the UL-listed build meets the compliance requirements common in professional AV projects.

Extending Tilt for Large Displays
The RLXT3's defining feature is its ability to pull the display up to 15,2 cm away from the wall while simultaneously tilting it ±10° forward or backward. This combination is essential for large displays (109–216 cm) mounted at height, where cable routing behind the screen would otherwise require full dismounting. Installers can extend the screen, manage or swap cables, then push it back in a single workflow. For the end user this means the display can always be angled to eliminate ceiling light reflections or accommodate different seating heights — a measurable improvement in viewing comfort in boardrooms, classrooms, and public-facing digital signage.

Post-Installation Leveling Without Reinstalling
A dedicated leveling screw on top of each interface bracket allows the screen tilt to be fine-tuned by up to 1,9 cm after the display is already hung. This is particularly valuable in commercial environments where large screens are heavy and re-hanging them to correct a slight lean is time-consuming and risks surface damage. With the RLXT3, the installer simply turns the accessible screw — no ladders or panel removal required. The result is a perfectly level display on the first visit, reducing costly callbacks and keeping the installation looking professional from day one.
Pull out. Tilt. Level. No tools, no compromise.

Toolless GlideLock Lateral Shift
Chief's GlideLock system allows the display to be shifted side-to-side along the wall rail without loosening any bolts or using additional tools. This is especially useful when the ideal horizontal position of the screen — centred over a whiteboard, between windows, or above a lectern — is not perfectly aligned with the available wall studs. The installer mounts to the studs for structural strength, then slides the screen to the precise visual centre after the fact. End users benefit from a display that is positioned exactly where ergonomics and aesthetics demand, not where the studs dictate.

Lockable Tilt at 9 Preset Positions
The RLXT3 allows tilt to be locked at nine specific angles: 0°, ±2,5°, ±5°, ±7,5°, and ±10°. Locking hardware is included and prevents accidental tilt changes caused by vibration, cleaning, or interaction — a critical detail in public-facing environments. For a digital signage installation in a retail store or transport hub, a locked tilt angle ensures the screen always aims at the intended viewing zone without staff needing to readjust it. The full ±10° range also makes the mount viable for displays installed above standard eye level, such as on high walls or above reception counters.

Broad VESA Compatibility and Structural Integrity
The RLXT3 supports VESA mounting patterns up to 863 × 450 mm and comes with a comprehensive universal hardware kit covering M4, M5, M6, and M8 screw sizes, plus nesting spacers for non-standard mounting depths. This means a single mount can be deployed across virtually any large-format display brand without sourcing additional adapter kits. The wall plate is engineered to support five times the rated 68 kg load, and is compatible with wood studs, steel studs, and concrete — covering the structural realities of most commercial installation sites. UL Listed and TÜV certified status gives procurement teams the documentation needed for compliance sign-off.

Magnetic Quick-Store Pull Cords
The RLXT3 uses a magnetic pull/release cord system to latch and unlatch the display from the wall bracket. The cord end is a small magnet that sticks to the mount body when not in use, keeping it out of sight below the display. This design avoids loose hardware or visible dangling cables — a consistent pain point with budget mounts in visible installations. For retail or lobby installations where aesthetics matter, this keeps the install clean without requiring cable concealment covers, while still allowing fast and repeatable access to the rear of the display for content player swaps or cable changes.
