Chief RXF3

The Chief RXF3 is an extra-large fixed display wall mount from the Fit Series, designed for commercial and professional AV installations where large screens — from 49" to 98" — need to be mounted securely and cleanly. It is aimed at system integrators and AV installers working in corporate, education, retail and public-venue environments. The rigid wall plate spans three studs for exceptional structural stability and supports loads up to 113,4 kg. Despite holding very large panels, the mount keeps a 3,8 cm low profile, supporting ADA compliance requirements that are common in professional AV design briefs. Post-installation lateral adjustment via toolless GlideLock and a leveling screw make it easy to achieve a perfectly positioned display without revisiting cable connections or partially dismounting the screen.

Toolless GlideLock for Perfect Positioning

After the wall plate is secured and the display is hung, the GlideLock system lets installers slide the screen laterally without any tools — then locks it firmly in place. This is a meaningful time-saver on commercial jobs where display centring relative to a room layout or furniture arrangement is non-negotiable, and where returning to adjust a mount after cabling is done is disruptive. The display ends up exactly where it should be, with no visible gaps or asymmetry — a clean result that matters both aesthetically and for sightline-critical environments like boardrooms and classrooms.

Post-Installation Leveling Without Dismounting

A dedicated leveling screw on each interface bracket allows up to 1,9 cm of height adjustment after the display is on the wall — a 25,4 cm ball-end hex key is included to reach the screw comfortably without removing the screen. On large commercial displays any slight leveling error is immediately obvious to viewers, so the ability to dial in precise level after final installation — rather than shimming the wall plate or re-drilling — makes a real difference to both installation quality and time on site.

Triple-Stud Wall Plate for Extra-Large Load Ratings

The redesigned rigid wall plate spans three studs rather than the two-stud configuration common in smaller mounts, spreading the structural load across a wider footprint. This gives the RXF3 a verified capacity of 113,4 kg — enough for the largest commercial flat panels at 98" diagonal. UL listing and TÜV certification back up the engineering; both are requirements for many commercial AV procurement processes, particularly in public buildings, schools and hospitality venues. Installers can confidently specify the mount for heavy displays without needing supplemental structural analysis.

3,8 cm Low Profile Supports ADA Compliance

With the display mounted, the total depth from wall surface to display back is only 3,8 cm. This is specifically noted by Chief as facilitating ADA compliance for typical AV design requirements — in practice, it means wall-mounted screens in corridors, waiting areas and public spaces can meet protrusion limits without custom recessing or in-wall solutions. Open Wall Plate for Flexible Cable Access

The open-frame wall plate design can be positioned around in-wall power outlets and data boxes rather than requiring them to be relocated — a practical advantage during retrofit installations where moving electrical infrastructure would be costly or disruptive. Magnetic quick-store release pullcords and an integrated kickstand further simplify post-installation access to rear connections, so maintenance visits or signal reconfiguration do not require fully unmounting the display.
