Fusion wall mount pull-out service accessory
Chief FCAV1U
The Chief FCAV1U Fusion Pull-Out Accessory is designed for AV integrators who need fast, reliable access to the back of wall-mounted displays — without removing the screen. It attaches to any updated Fusion micro-adjustable fixed or tilt wall mount, including portrait models, and smoothly extends the display up to 29,3 cm away from the wall. When retracted, it keeps the same shallow wall-depth profile as earlier Fusion pull-out accessories. Particularly valuable for recessed installations in corporate offices, control rooms, retail environments, and hospitality settings where cable access or periodic servicing is a routine requirement. UL Listed and rated for loads up to 68 kg.

29,3 cm Pull-Out for Rear Access
The FCAV1U extends a mounted display up to 29,3 cm (293 mm) from the wall, creating enough clearance to reach HDMI ports, power connections, and AV equipment behind the screen without dismounting it. In recessed installations — where the display sits inside a wall niche or a purpose-built alcove — this capability is essential: without a pull-out mechanism, servicing often requires multiple technicians and risks cable damage. With the FCAV1U, one person can pull the screen out, perform the service, and push it back in minutes. This directly reduces site-visit duration and labour cost.

Minimal Retracted Depth — Clean Wall Profile
When pushed back to its home position, the FCAV1U adds only 4,0 cm of depth from the wall (not including the mount itself) — identical to previous-generation Fusion pull-out accessories. This means upgrading an existing Fusion installation to add pull-out functionality does not push the display further into the room or create clearance issues with furniture or partitions. For high-end retail, boardroom, and control-room environments where aesthetics and space efficiency matter, the slim retracted profile ensures the installation looks intentional rather than improvised.
Pull out. Service. Push back. No dismounting needed.

Plumb Adjust and Latch for Precise, Secure Return
A built-in plumb adjustment nut lets installers fine-tune the vertical alignment of the display independently of the wall mount itself — useful when walls are slightly out of true or when the display needs to be perfectly level relative to a video wall or signage grid. Once servicing is complete, a latch mechanism locks the accessory in the home (retracted) position, preventing accidental extension and ensuring the screen cannot drift forward. These two features together mean the display consistently returns to exactly the same position after every service visit — important in control rooms and high-traffic environments where appearance and stability are non-negotiable.

Broad Fusion Mount Compatibility — Landscape and Portrait
The FCAV1U is confirmed compatible with seven Fusion mount models: MSM1U, LSM1U, XSM1U, MTM1U, LTM1U, XTM1U, and MTMP1U — covering medium, large, and extra-large fixed and tilt variants, as well as the portrait model. This range spans displays from roughly 100 to 203 cm diagonal, with load capacity up to 56,7 kg for medium mounts and up to 68 kg when paired with large or extra-large models. Portrait configurations are fully supported, making the FCAV1U equally applicable to digital signage columns and menu boards as to landscape boardroom displays. For integrators who standardise on Fusion hardware, a single accessory SKU covers almost the entire Fusion wall-mount portfolio.

UL Listed — Verified Safety for Commercial Installs
The FCAV1U carries UL Listing, meaning it has been independently tested and certified to meet recognised safety standards for load-bearing wall-mount accessories. For commercial and public-facing installations — retail, hospitality, education, healthcare — UL Listing is frequently a contractual or insurance requirement, and its absence can delay or block project sign-off. Specifying a UL-listed accessory removes that administrative hurdle and gives the end customer documented assurance that the installation meets accepted safety benchmarks.
