TriChroma RGB Triple Laser Engine

The C2 Ultra uses a pure RGB triple laser light source — the MCL38 engine with 28 individual laser chips — rather than the phosphor-wheel design found in most budget and mid-range laser projectors. This matters because separate red, green, and blue lasers each target their precise wavelength, producing a colour gamut that Hisense rates at 110% of BT.2020, with full 100% coverage of both Rec.709 and DCI-P3. In practice this means skin tones, foliage, and saturated neon colours all reproduce with a depth and accuracy that single-colour laser systems simply cannot match. The engine also generates zero harmful blue-light spill, making extended evening viewing more comfortable.

Intelligent Auto Setup — Keystone, Focus and Object Avoidance

The C2 Ultra integrates a 3D Time-of-Flight sensor system that automatically measures the distance, geometry, and surface colour of the projection area at startup. This drives seamless auto keystone correction, auto focus, smart object avoidance (the image redraws itself around obstructions), and wall-colour adaptation for up to seven different surface shades. JBL 2.1 Audio with DTS Virtual:X — No Soundbar Needed

The projector includes a fully integrated 40W audio system: two 10W JBL stereo tweeters built into the projector body and a 20W subwoofer housed inside the gimbal base. DTS Virtual:X digital processing simulates overhead and surround channels without physical rear speakers, creating a sense of height and width that a standard 2.0 system cannot replicate.
