The Chief RLF3 Large Fit™ Fixed Display Wall Mount is a next-generation fixed wall mount engineered for clean, professional installation of large flat-panel displays from 109 to 218 cm (43–86 inches). Designed with AV integrators in mind, it supports displays weighing up to 90,7 kg and accommodates VESA mounting patterns from 100×100 mm up to 960×450 mm. Its slim 2,5 cm profile keeps displays close to the wall and facilitates ADA compliance in typical AV design projects. The RLF3 suits corporate meeting rooms, digital signage installations, classrooms, and other professional environments where a secure, low-profile, and installer-friendly fixed mount is required.

Toolless GlideLock for Precise Lateral Positioning
After the display is hung, the GlideLock system allows the integrator to slide the screen left or right along the wall plate without any tools, then lock it firmly in place. This is particularly useful when a display needs to align visually with architectural features — a doorway, a window frame, or an adjacent screen — without having to remount the wall plate. In practice it means the installer can make fine positioning corrections in seconds once the display is in the air, avoiding the more time-consuming process of repositioning wall-plate fixings through drywall or concrete. For the end user, the result is a display that sits exactly where it belongs, straight and symmetrical, with no visible offset.

Post-Installation Leveling Without Rehang
The RLF3 includes a 1,9 cm vertical leveling adjustment that can be made after the display is already mounted — using the supplied 25,4 cm ball-end hex key that is long enough to reach the adjustment screw even with a large screen in the way. This solves one of the most common frustrations in fixed-mount installations: discovering a slight tilt only after the display is up and the cable management is dressed. Being able to correct it on the spot, without lifting the screen off the wall, significantly reduces installation time and the risk of damage. For the end user, the display will be perfectly horizontal from day one without relying on the installer to get it exactly right the first time.

Open Wall Plate — No Conflict with Power or Data Boxes
The wall plate has an open-frame design rather than a solid back panel, so it can be positioned directly over existing in-wall power outlets, conduit exits, or data boxes without requiring the boxes to be relocated. This is a practical time-saver in retrofit projects — offices, retail units, or meeting rooms where cabling has already been run and the outlet positions are fixed. It also supports cleaner cable management, since cables can be routed through the open plate structure and dressed neatly behind the display. For the end user it means no visible cabling on the wall face and no need for costly electrical work to move junction boxes.

Magnetic Pullcords and Kickstand for Easy Rear Access
Once the display is mounted flush against the wall, reaching the rear ports for cables or maintenance is typically awkward. The RLF3 addresses this with magnetic quick-store release pullcords that allow the display to be tipped away from the wall temporarily, combined with a built-in kickstand that holds the screen at a safe working angle while connections are made or changed. This makes service calls faster and reduces the chance of dropping the display during cable swaps. The redesigned wall plate spans two wall studs spaced up to 61 cm apart and is rated to support displays weighing up to 90,7 kg — covering virtually all commercial flat panels in the 43–86" range, including heavy commercial-grade displays with integrated media players or thick bezels. Additional mounting slots on the plate improve installation flexibility and make it easier to hit studs accurately.
