Modular Extender for Scalable Video Walls

The DVM27U3E is an extender mount — not a standalone solution, but the component that lets an existing TiLED Starter installation grow upward. By pairing one or more extender units with a Starter mount (DVM27U2, DVM27U3, or DVM27U4), integrators can build video walls row by row from the bottom up, without any onsite rail cutting. This modular approach means a video wall can be quoted and installed in phases, and expanded later as budgets allow — a genuine advantage in staged rollouts or projects where final wall size is still being decided at time of installation.

Full X-Y-Z Axis Precision Alignment

Seamless dvLED video walls live or die by pixel-accurate alignment, and the DVM27U3E addresses this with three independent axes of adjustment after mounting. The X-axis provides ±0.86 cm of lateral shift for horizontal fine-tuning, the Y-axis allows up to 5.1 cm of height adjustment to compensate for uneven floors or wall surfaces, and the Z-axis offers both a macro adjustment (up to 1.6 cm) for coarse depth alignment and a micro adjustment (up to 0.64 cm) for fine depth precision.
