The Chief DVM27U3 is a patent-pending TiLED Universal dvLED Wall Mount starter set designed to anchor a 3-panel-high column of 27" interlocking direct-view LED panels. Built for AV integrators tackling large-format video wall installations, it forms the structural base of the wall and scales horizontally by adding additional starter sets, and vertically by stacking compatible extender mounts. Thanks to floating button-capture technology, the system is compatible with 90% of interlocking dvLED panels on the market — from Absen and Barco to LG, Samsung and Sony — eliminating the need to source brand-specific hardware for every project. The DVM27U3 addresses this directly with three-axis adjustability: lateral X-axis shift (0,82 cm), manual height Y-axis adjustment (5,1 cm), and dual-depth Z-axis adjustment that combines macro and micro stages. The independent Y-axis adjustment at each panel edge is particularly valuable: it allows individual panel positions to be tuned independently rather than adjusting the entire column together. Modular Starter-Extender Build System

The TiLED system uses a logical two-part structure: starter mounts (like the DVM27U3) anchor to the wall and form the base of each column, while extender mounts stack on top to reach the required wall height. The DVM27U3 is a 3-panel-high starter and ships as a pair of rails (left and right uprights), ready to receive panels. To build a 5-panel-high wall, for example, pair each DVM27U3 starter with a DVM27U2E 2-panel extender. The part number logic is intuitive — the last digit always indicates how many panels the mount accommodates — so specifying a complete wall is straightforward. This modularity also means the system can be reconfigured or expanded if a customer's display grows after initial installation.
