The Chief DVM27U4E is a 4-high extender module for the TiLED dvLED Universal Wall Mount system, designed to scale modular direct-view LED video walls to greater heights without requiring onsite rail cutting. It works alongside TiLED starter mounts, allowing integrators to build vertically from an established base row. Universal dvLED Panel Compatibility

The DVM27U4E uses Chief's patent-pending floating button-capture technology, which accepts both M8 and M6 mounting buttons. Full X-Y-Z Axis Precision Alignment

Lateral (X-axis) shift of ±8,6 mm handles side-to-side misalignment between columns. Height (Y-axis) adjustment of up to 5,1 cm sets a perfectly level baseline across each row. Macro depth (Z-axis) adjustment of up to 1,6 cm plus a further 0,64 cm of micro-depth fine-tuning create a flush, flat surface even on bowed or uneven walls. The result is a video wall with no visible pixel gaps or depth discontinuities — particularly valuable with fine-pitch panels below 1 mm pitch, where even small misalignments are immediately visible during operation.

The DVM27U4E specifically adds a 4-panel-high column segment with a product height of 137,4 cm, making it the right choice where taller single-column runs are needed in one shipment.
