Chief PSBUB

The Chief PSBUB is a universal interface bracket designed to connect large flat panel displays to Chief's broad range of wall, ceiling, floor, and cart mounts. It is the go-to adapter plate for integrators and installers who need a reliable, versatile connection between a display and a P-Series mount system. Accommodating screens up to approximately 160 cm diagonal and up to 90,7 kg, the PSBUB covers the vast majority of commercial display installations. Its wide VESA compatibility (200×200 mm to 862×517 mm) makes it suitable for virtually all contemporary large-format panels. Shipped complete with a hardware kit and UL Listed for safety, it is the standard solution for both new installations and upgrading existing Chief mount infrastructure to a new display.

Broad Chief Mount Ecosystem Compatibility

The PSBUB is engineered to interface with the full range of Chief P-Series large panel mounting solutions — including wall mounts (PCS, PCM, PDC, PDR, PLP, PNR, PRO, PSM, PSS, PIWR, PST16, PWR), carts, stands, and the CM2C40 Automated Flat Panel Ceiling Lift. This means that in multi-room or campus deployments where different mount types are used, a single bracket SKU covers every scenario. For installations where the display or mount is replaced over time, the PSBUB allows the existing mount infrastructure to be retained simply by swapping the bracket — eliminating the need to purchase a completely new mount assembly and reducing both cost and installation time.

Third-Party Mount Compatibility Expands Deployment Options

Beyond Chief's own mount range, the PSBUB is also compatible with a wide variety of third-party stands, carts, and wall mounts. This is practically useful in mixed-brand AV environments where the customer may have existing non-Chief infrastructure, or where a specific application calls for a specialised third-party cart or motorised lift.
