The Chief VCTUW is an extra-large universal ceiling projector mount engineered for fast, precise installation of heavy laser projectors in demanding venues such as auditoriums, houses of worship, and large conference rooms. Rated for projectors weighing between 22,7 and 68 kg, it is 30% slimmer and 25% lighter than its predecessor, the VCM, keeping ceilings clean and professional. The included HCUW Universal Interface accommodates the bolt patterns found on most large-venue laser projectors, with both short and long attachment legs to suit different projector footprints. Finished in white to coordinate with light-coloured projectors and ceilings, the VCTUW is TÜV-certified and UL-listed.
Tool-Free MicroZone+ Precision Alignment
The VCTUW's MicroZone+ system provides fully tool-free micro-adjustment across three axes: ±5° roll, ±20° pitch, and ±10° yaw, plus 360° macro yaw rotation. The pitch mechanism runs a 100:1 gear ratio, meaning very small turns of the knob translate to precise, repeatable movements — far finer than what a wrench-based approach can deliver. It can be driven by hand using the built-in knob, or with an optional 1/2" (1,3 cm) socket for even more controlled torque. Once dialled in, PrecisionSet™ technology locks the pitch setting and lockout nuts secure roll and yaw. The practical result: an installer can get a perfectly framed image quickly and reliably, even on a high ceiling, and the image will stay exactly where it was set even under vibration or HVAC movement.
